Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card or advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.

Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and additional charges

Payment

We accept major credit cards, M-Pesa, and bank transfers. Full payment is due upon check-out unless otherwise arranged.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for inappropriate behavior.

Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guest property. Valuables should be secured in room safes or the front desk safe.
